Schnitzel is a dish from traditional Austrian cuisine. Its original recipe comes prepared with veal, which is cut into very thin slices, passed by flour, egg and breadcrumbs and then deep fried. These are generally served with lettuce and some lemon slices.
This recipe that I am introducing to you is the one that I have prepared for my children for more than 12 years and it always disappears in front of my eyes immediately it touches the table.
