I like to prepare this soup for special guests, because it is an elegant dish, due to the delicacy of its flavor and color, without neglecting its exquisite aroma.
Although it may not look like it, beans are a versatile legume that you can consume in hot and cold dishes, in salads, desserts and soups.
On this occasion, to follow my series of fresh, healthy and low-calorie foods, I present my version of the broccoli cream. It should be noted that, despite calling it Broccoli Cream, I have not added cream or milk. The result is much lighter.
