I cook because it’s my passion. Cooking gives meaning to my life because it manages to disconnect me, abstract me from the noises of the modern world and transports me to the essence of the whole. It moves me to that place where you can be yourself, without masks and without ties. In the kitchen my universe converges, ideas arise, I improvise, I mix and I start to create. The kitchen for me is also like a time machine that allows me to recover the essence of my parents’ kitchen, my grandparents, our traditions. It gives me the power to keep them always present. Cooking also gives me the recharge I need to continue for life, it makes me happy and it’s that kind of happiness that you can share without limits. Cooking for me is a gift and it is wonderful to be able to share that gift with the people I love.
