Schnitzel is a dish from traditional Austrian cuisine. Its original recipe comes prepared with veal, which is cut into very thin slices, passed by flour, egg and breadcrumbs and then deep fried. These are generally served with lettuce and some lemon slices.
The internationalization of this recipe has integrated pork and chicken breasts, adapting them many times to reduce costs.
The chicken schnitzel is internationally known and highly appreciated, especially by the youngest ones and, although it is already separated from the dish on which it is inspired, at the same time it retains the original idea of how to prepare it.
